Our Team
The best and brightest
I’m a small town girl from Iowa. I love traveling and exploring, which is what brought me to North Carolina. I graduated from the Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill. My first day visiting Asheville, I went around interviewing at different salons. When I walked in I knew Evolutions is where I wanted to work, and have since fallen in love with Asheville. I have felt incredibly blessed to call this beautiful place and friendly faces home.

An adventurer from the midwest. I graduated from the Aveda Institute in Denver, Co. I enjoy exploring new places, country music, outdoor concerts, sushi, and working out. While striving for excellence in my technical skills, I find that a warm smile, listening ear and word of encouragement often creates the most beautiful look.

Molly has been creating behaind the chair for 12 years, with the last 9 years spent as and independent stylist and colorist in Southwest Florida. She loves all things hair, but specializes in blondes, color corrections, bold accent pieces and blended blunt cuts.
The people sitting in Molly’s chair are her top priority; she provides thorough consultations so she can give life to customized, individual looks.
With the beauty industry ever-changing, Molly is always furthering her education in order to continue mastering her craft.
When Molly isn’t making art with hair, she spends her free time with her family and animals, cooking, reading and exploring the surrounding areas, as she is a recent Asheville transplant.
